The All In Plan

£110/month or £300/quarter​

Best for runners based in and around Cambuslang and Glasgow who want the full package: hands-on coaching, face-to-face support, and a genuine community to train with.

What's included:

  • Goal setting support - whether that's finishing a 5k or completing an ultra

  • Flexible, individualised training plans covering running, strength, and nutrition

  • Sessions that sync to most sports watches

  • Monthly 1-2-1 call plus a pre-race call when it matters most

  • WhatsApp access to me directly, whenever you need it

  • A supportive WhatsApp training community

  • Monthly 1-hour sports massage

  • Weekly check-ins to keep you on track and adapt the plan as life happens

  • Social and group training session.

The Online Plan

£80/month or £220/quarter

Perfect if you're based elsewhere in the UK or prefer fully remote coaching. You get everything you need to train well — just without the in-person elements.

What's included:

  • Goal setting support — from your first race to your biggest one yet

  • Flexible, individualised training plans covering running, strength, and nutrition

  • Sessions that sync to most sports watches

  • Monthly 1-2-1 call plus a pre-race call when it matters most

  • WhatsApp access to me directly, whenever you need it

  • A supportive WhatsApp training community

  • Discounted sports massage when you're in the area

  • Weekly check-ins to keep you progressing and adapting

Sports Massage

£40 for 1hr / 3x1hr for £100

Recovery is training too. Whether you're dealing with tight legs after a long run, building back from injury, or just want to move and feel better,  sports massage is a brilliant investment in your running longevity.
