Massive well done to Bethany, Cath, Charlotte, Kat, Simon and Stu in the @newton_road_runners 10k and Stevie for racking up a leisurely 45k at the John Muir Nocturnal
2 days ago, a crack athlete unit were sent to races across Scotland for times they did not commit [to]. These athletes promptly ran in the Newton and North Berwick areas. Today still planning on rapid times in the future, they survive as runners of fortune. If you have a time target and nobody else can help, and you can catch them, maybe you could join BWC team! 😍
